Ballet

Our ballet program emphasizes proper technique, posture, and fluidity, beginning with foundational exercises at the barre and progressing to complex center combinations and variations. Pointe is reserved for advanced ballet dancers who have demonstrated the strength, alignment, and discipline needed to safely train on pointe. Our curriculum includes pre-pointe training, injury prevention, and a trial period to evaluate readiness. Entry into this class is by instructor recommendation, with ongoing assessments to ensure each dancer is physically prepared and progressing safely.
